Psalm 17:3b - I am purposed that my mouth shall not transgress.
The only way to conquer habits of wrong speaking (cursing, lying, gossip, etc), is to PURPOSE that the mouth will not transgress. The worst habitual cusser can keep a watch over his lips when he purposes to (in church, around parents, etc). The key is to purpose to, always.
