Matthew 4:17 - From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
"From that time" after His baptism and temptation, until Matthew 16:21. His offer of the Kingdom to Israel had been rejected, so "From that time forth" in 16:21 His message changed. Noted at both verses: Kingdom of heaven preached to Israel from 4:17 to 16:20.
